A movement caught Kitty’s attention. Josh stood up, brushed himself off, and peeled the T-shirt from his body. She swallowed, her hand closing around the sand on the riverbank. His tanned, toned torso caught the sun, and her mouth dropped open. What was he doing?

After a long torturous wait, Josh slipped his jeans off and stood before her, a smile on his face. He wore small black trunks that moulded to every inch of him. And as far as she could tell, every inch he owned looked impressive.
“I’m going for a swim,” he said. “Join me?”
Kitty’s brain went into overdrive, begging herself not to look at his package. Not to say anything stupid. To be cool for once in her life. “Sorry?”
“A swim in the river. It’s beautiful on a hot day.”
Kitty froze. “I… I don’t have swimmers.”
Josh shrugged. “You have underwear on though?” He bowed one corner of his lips. “Unless that’s not your style, of course.”
He grinned at her. Literally grinned. Bloody hell! He must think she was some kind of deviant.
“Yes, I do, but…” her words trailed off.
“We’re hidden here, so you can go full commando if you like.”
He met her sharp intake of breath with a soft chuckle and headed down to the river. Kitty glued her eyes to his tight buttocks as they made their way to the water’s edge, along with their owner. The nails on each of her hands dug into her palms. How the hell had they ended up here? An hour ago, he was pouring his heart out. A few minutes ago, she was humiliating herself, dropping the mother of all burps. And now he was half naked, tempting her into the water.
